ARAG passes 100 staff mark with Senior Claims Handler appointments

Leading legal expenses and assistance provider ARAG has continued its expansion with three key appointments to its claims handling teams, which have taken the company’s headcount beyond 100 staff.

Lee Michael, Bianca Allison and Roberta New have all joined the company as Senior Claims Handlers working on its Before-­‐the-­‐Event claims service and each of them brings considerable experience from within the legal expenses sector and outside it.

Commenting on the appointments, Head of Claims, Chris Millward said “Due to ARAG placing so much emphasis on the quality of the claims service that we offer, it’s important that we employ not just the right number of claims handlers, but also the right people with the appropriate experience and attitude to maintain that reputation.”

“As our business continues to grow, ARAG has to recruit staff of the same quality. I’m confident that we’ve found the very best in Roberta, Lee and Bianca.”
The appointments continue a period of steady growth for ARAG and follow other new starters in finance, sales, administration and IT roles. The latest hires mark the significant milestone of 100 staff at the company, which passed its 10th anniversary last year.
