Employers Award

In addition to our industry awards we recently won the Employer Award at this year’s Adult Learners’ Week Festival of Learning, South West Region.  The judges applauded the way in which ARAG embeds learning into its everyday work, with a real focus on personal growth contributing to the ‘bottom line’ rather than adversely affecting it.  Praise was levelled at ARAG’s use of innovative and creative learning techniques whilst also ensuring that any approach is tailored to the specific learning needs of the individual. The outcome according to the judges is a happier, more fulfilled and motivated workforce.

We were awarded for being the Winner in the Most Innovative Campaign (Small Employer) at the 2017 National Payroll Giving Excellence Awards, and Highly Commended in the Best Promotional Partnership (Small Employer) category.

Also in 2018 we have been awarded the Platinum award for Payroll Giving by the Charities Aid Foundation:

We believe that protecting information is critical for the successful management and smooth operation of an organisation and are fully accredited for ISO27001:2013 (Information Security Management System) by URS, “a UKAS approved certification body”.
We have invested heavily in the company's IT infrastructure, including software, hardware and training and see this as a commitment to an ongoing process rather than something that has been achieved and can now be left to look after itself.
They feel that this standard is of particular importance in the financial services sector where the protection of information is vital and where high standards have not always consistently been achieved.
